Coaching Structure & Investment

  • All sessions are virtual, so you can join from wherever you feel most comfortable

  • Sessions are 45 minutes

  • Coaching typically unfolds over 6 sessions, which is the amount most women need to see meaningful changes in their sleep and daily well-being

  • Many clients choose to continue for deeper support, but six sessions provide a strong foundation for transformation

Investment:

  • $300 per individual session

  • $250 per session when purchased as a 6-session package ($1,500 total)
